Yin Restorative Yoga .
What we do in are weekly classes together is Yang Yoga , we flow, activat & engage muscles.
While in Yin restorative we hold, melt and release .
Yin yoga targets the connective tissues such as the ligaments, tendons, fascia, and bones in passive poses that are held anywhere between 3 to 5.
Using props to encourage slow practice, we learn to observe with force. It is a great way to finish the weekend. Leaving you ready for Monday morning.
