Dear Friends
Hello!
Meet Sydney our new puppy, he came into our lives through a friend and we are sure glad he did! He is like a tiny soft teddy bear, he's full of fun and his character is starting to show now he is comfortable in his new home.
That's mostly what I have been doing this Aug.
As well as looking after my partner Tom who has had a hip replacement.
Rehabilitation is going well.
Some of you have children or grandchildren going through changes different schools, collage or university.
what ever the change we go through in our own lives or family dynamic, it is never easy.
My third son is about to start 6 form college!
So it feels like that transition time is back on us.
It is dark when I cycle home from the gym now so I know we are gently moving into a different phase of shorter days, its a bit cooler at night and early morning.
Lets embrace change together, we will keep moving...
Like a tree
Stay grounded
Connect with your roots
Turn over a new leaf
Bend before you break
Enjoy your unique natural beauty
Keep growing.
