Spring to Summer Practice

Back to a full timetable next week folks!

Mostly my yoga flows are functional movements from this movement method we practice, I like to incorporate yoga philosophy, if I can.

As we go through the seasons our practice changes too! We are reaching, opening, balancing and strengthening a little more in this phase of our cycle. It can be challenging, it's your yoga . You choose how much you are ready to explore & expand. Connect to your breath as you move and it will guide you.
