I want to share some inspiration from two of my teachers, incidentally I have had many teachers of yoga.
All of which have taught me so many things.
from anatomy, alignment, flow to stillness.
Pranayama-breath work,
Meditation, Hand mudras, and Chanting which is my latest study with Swami Saradananda- The most challenging for me!

I trained to be a yoga teacher with Laura Gilmore at Bristol school of yoga.
She recently said she wishes yoga students knew that teachers don't mind how strong or bendy they are. That we try to make you feel more centred and compassionate the yoga happens through the poses.

I consider Richard Rosen my asana & pranayama teacher I love to reconnect back to myself every time I practice with him. He offend says -have a look at yourself- who is the breather?

I say I will always challenge you but never judge you, it is your path to walk.

"As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives."
-- Henry David ThoreauÂ
